Bowl bash finals in Eindhoven!
Blackwell just got back from Holland for the finals of the Bowl bash! 30 finalists from all over Europe attended the event held at Area 51 in Eindhoven, home to what is probably the best wooden bowl in Europe!
The Vampire ended up in 12th place, but reports of him killing it were rife, huge methods in the deep and egg plants on the vert extensions but to many falls kept him out of the top 10! The final was won but Alex from Marseille with Alian from Algorta close behind in 2nd!

DuFFS Boys Demo with the Hawk!
That’s right Team riders Blackwell, Carl Wilson, TM Munson and Ben Raemers did a demo with the birdman himself along with Jake Brown and Pete King at London’s Bay 66 skate park. The demo was for the launch of the new Hawk game from activision, hundreds of kids showed up as you would expect, the demo was fun with Blackwell dropping some nice gay twists over the channel, Carl managed a bs tailslide over the channel, Munson put down some super fast BS crails and fingerflip to tails and Raemers put down a beast of a heel flip Indy and then managed to break his wrist on a mctwist!! Gutted! But the boy was still in high spirits and watched Hawk kill it with Mctwists over the channel and long runs with everything in them! Hawk is still probably the most consistent vert skater in the world! Pete and Jake were getting tech with Pete skating switch better than most can normally! Jake also put down the pikey flip! A bs double flip mute, about 7 ft out!! Sick! Anyway autographs were signed kids had a great time and the birdman flew for all to see! If you weren’t there you missed out!!

Carl in Sidewalk!
Carl Wilson gets some well-deserved coverage in this month’s sidewalk with a shot from the Penzance concrete carnival article! Carl killed it all weekend and it’s about time we started seeing his ugly mug in print! Check it out!

Man on the road!
The Man has been out getting footage for the Harmony DVD and rolled his ankle pretty good in the process! He should be back on board pretty soon and the filming machine will continue to rack it up!! More details on the release date soon!
