Damn Am Results
Turns out that all the major players were out for this years Amsterdam Damn Am. The competition was fierce, with most of the amateur skaters from all over the world fighting it out for the cash prize. DuFFS young guns Ben Raemers and Adam Howe were in the mix. Both skated well and Adam missed the cut for the Sunday finals. Whereas the kid Raemers made the cut and got a respectable 25th place. The boys had a great time; lot’s of fun and got to mix it up with the pros of tomorrow. Nice one
lads keep it up.

OUCH!!
On a more Sombre note, DuFFS and Identiti MTN Bike team rider Chris Smith has broken his ankle. After qualifying first place in the afternoon for the King of Dirt at the “Freeraid Classic” event in France. He was taking part in some demos on Saturday night, slipped a pedal as he landed a 360 and ran over his own foot, breaking it in two places on the ankle. Chris says that the break is nice, clean and stable and thankfully, doesn’t need an operation. He should be back on his bike within 6 weeks, get mended soon mate!

Filthy 48
The Filthy 48 comp just happened in Preston and all the Identiti/DuFFS MTN Bike team riders were putting it down. The comp saw the all the lads do really well and saw Glen Coe returning from injury to take 3rd in the pro comp! On the day plenty of top pros were there and hundreds of riders turned up to sample the dirt jumps. The Filthy 48 comp went off all weekend, with live music and crazy stuff being put down, a great time was had by all.
