CUNDALL SKATES FOR CHARITY!
Cuddles had this to say ''Heres the photo from the charity demo i did at the srp skatepark. The 12 hour Skateboard Marathon on Saturday 27 November was to raise money for the charity BIBIC (British Institute for Brain Injured Children). It was a real good day of skateboarding and then partying afterwards. The kids were stoked.

Also I have been working with my sunglasses sponsor 'free-range sports optics' to get some money together for some travelling which should be good. By the time you get this I will have my first light in sidewalk, and also im now riding for 'Death Skateboards' alongside fellow DuFFS rider john cattle.

I've been skateboarding in London quite a bit trying to film my bits for the OG DVD and upcoming Death Skateboards video where I should have a full part. I have been skating a bit of vert too.'

REES THE PIECE UPDATE...
'Scotty an me did a demo in Folkestone on Sat jus gone, it all went very smooth. They had posters, which was pretty rad, saying the opening was having appearances from the DuFFS team which was weird as I only found out about doing it the night before, hmmm strange!

I’ve also got a new job as skive at HSC in Notts which is pretty good really, lots of reading and watching skate vids, with the occasional bit of work. Just lately been doing some photos for some icon ads'

RAEMERS COVERAGE
Young Ben Raemers got some well deserved coverage in the new Elements mag - a two page next generation and also a piece about the VX collective he is involved with alongside Pete King. Check it out..

OG TOUR
We ventured up north with the OG boys to do a few demo’s at some of the indoor parks the north of England has to offer. TM Munson was joined by Carl Wilson, Mattias Nylen and Ben Raemers. Friday night saw Mattias kill Bolton’s vert wall with Ollie to FS and BS smiths, while after a huge traffic jam Munson and the boys ended up at Peterborough where Raemers managed a few more FS inverts on vert before we headed further up the country.

Mattias and the OG crew did a demo on a mini ramp all day in Manchester and met up with the others at the Burnley Park. The bowl saw some action with Mattias doing some sick airs into the corner, Carl throwing in some amazing 1ft ollies over the hips and fs 50s over the love seat, Munson put down FS inverts in the deep and some Burntwists, and Raemers took down another Gnarly line with Wig shooting for Sidewalk - maybe we will get to see that one in print?

Sunday saw another demo this time at the Blackpool park, with some rad lines getting put down, Ross Mcgowan was on fire as was Carl Wilson - the driveway was killed, Munson did BS noseblunt slides over the hip, while Raemers knocked out a couple of kickflip melon fakies on the mini ramp and Mattias ruled the vert! Overall a rad weekend, with loads of kids and loads of good stuff getting put down! It’s not so grim up north after all!

CUNDALL IN SIDEWALK
Good old Cuddles got a first light in Decembers Sidewalk mag. He has a huge nollie down 12 that was nailed in the rain! And a sick fs5050 on a big old ledge over a good few stairs. Nice on Cundall good work!

MATTIAS AND MUSSLEWHITE IN ORIGIN MAG
More great coverage this month from the Swede with a nice bs air shot from the Urban Games and flatland master Lee Musslewhite gets in there with a shot from this years Nass festival which he won. Good work boys!!

Y2sk8 COMP, PETERBOROUGH
DuFFS Sponsored the 1st real comp at the Peterborough Y2SK8 Park and the team were in full effect with TM Munson, Matthias, Ben Raemers, Carl Wilson and Ben Cundall in the house . The under 16 street comp was 1st and competition was fierce, kids were going down for the prizes! Next came the best trick on the vert ramp with Dave Allen throwing down some rad alley oop egg plants up the tomb and hanging on to some huge fs airs! Munson put down a FS invert up the tomb to win some cash! As well as burntwists and fingerflip to tails! Wilson got real close to bs tailslide shove it and did some sick fs 1ft ollies. Mattias fs blunted the tomb and floated about making it all look easy! Pete king did some sick tech lines and Blackwell was flying.

But Raemers took it with his 1st ever Mctwist on the vert ramp! Ben is possibly the youngest ever UK skater to put down a twist and becomes a member of an elite group. Look out for the footy on the next UKVM!!

THAT'S ABOUT IT FROM THE DuFFS TEAM FOR 2004 AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE. HOPEFULLY SEE YOU ALL IN 2005!
